Return Policy
We proudly stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with our product within 45 days of purchase, we will refund your purchase with no question asked (please note that shipping cost associated with the purchase will NOT be part of the refund).
Refund after 45 Days
After 45 days of purchase, if your product is unused and in the same condition that you received it, we will offer you a refund within a year of purchase (please note that shipping cost associated with the purchase will NOT be part of the refund). To be eligible for this refund, you will need to send us the unopened products and after checking its condition we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we have approved your refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of purchase, within a certain amount of days.
Refund not received
If you haven’t receive your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it might take additional time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refund@bighnow.com.
